RFC 3203 - DHCP reconfigure extension supported by ISC DHCP?

Is this supported by ISC DHCP?

Basically, I would like to force certain DHCP clients to reconfigure
themselves from my DHCP server.

If there is a script to generate the message to the clients, that would be
much better. Sure, this may not from DHCP.
