master server and failover peer somewhat confused

Hi Guy

Can you please post your dhcpd.conf - need a bit more info to see
what's going on. Note that the list software does not accept
attachments, so just paste into the body of the email.

Other info to include is the OS/platform that the server and the client
are using.
