No, all it says is that it isn't allocated to someone. If it was an 
allocated prefix, then we'd be able to suggest "go and look for a 
<some manufacturer> box" (or we might if it was a 'known' brand and 
not some generic far east manufacturer with parts in all sorts of 
machines).
