Please read the dhcpd.conf man page. Look for the sections titled:

DYNAMIC DNS UPDATES

THE INTERIM DNS UPDATE SCHEME

DYNAMIC DNS UPDATE SECURITY

This last section has specific examples of what you need to put into
dhcpd.conf and named.conf for dynamic updates to work. It also shows
the exact commands to run to generate keys and so forth.
