DHCPv6 Confirm

I am running the ISC DHCPv6 server on RHEL5.  After receiving a DHCPv6
Confirm message the dhcpd process starts using nearly 100% of the CPU on the
server.

I have not looked at the code yet, wanted to send a feeler to the list.
