known will only match if the client matches any host {} statement,
and the dhcpinform process doesn't look for matching hosts.  So
that won't work.

This is a common enough problem that we really need to look at this
again.  The RFC might say that the server isn't supposed to use
anything it knows about the client's lease as part of its answer,
but at some point that gets rediculous.
