You can stop dhcpd, delete the lease from the file, and start DHCP up again.

Subject: Deleting a lease
Hey guys,
My Calix equipment is hung up on a binding. The engineers want me to delete
the lease on the DHCP server. I see the lease in the
/var/state/dhcp/dhcpd.leases file. Is it possible to do this or should I
just wait for it to expire?
Thanks.
