Option 82 justification

We have a vendor who says they will prioritize option 82 support in their
roadmap if we can make a solid case. Anyone have any good reasons for me?
 

We want to be able to use it to help limit IP utilization when a customer
plugs in a switch behind our CPE, and to track leases by tying the lease to
the CPE. 

 

Any other good reasons? Anyone have something like this typed up already?
