There's two different options for setting the tftp server:

next-server 10.201.0.10;

option tftp-server-name "10.201.0.10";

next-server is the original way to do it, whereas the option
tftp-server-name is  somewhat newer and uses a different option number
within the dhcp packet. Which one is required depends on your dhcp
client(s). Try next-server first, then add option tpftp-server if
necessary.

Note the quoting, next-server expects a hostname or IP address as a
parameter, option tftp-server-name expects a text string, so needs the
quotes. See dhcpd.conf and dhcp-options man pages.
