The Function body can't be found in the DHCP ,please help me to solve the puzzle!

This just allocates the interface data structure in the DHCP client or
server process.   The data structure generally corresponds to a physical
interface; that connection is made in discover.c.   isc_result_t is
typedef'd in one of the header files, probably result.h.
