Failover problem (invalid lease time when backup state) ISC 3.0.2

I am using ISC version 3.0.2.
  I found something with the dhcpd.leases when the state is "binding state backup".
   
  Here is some errors found in the dhcpd.leases

  Please help me. I really need your help right now. I've been debugging these for how many days already. Is there something wrong with the configuration (dhcpd.conf)?
