No free leases

Probably, that is right. This is running in a client enviroment, so it 
is possible that they have changed one terminal that was configured to 
vlan2 (192.168.11.0) to a spot where is configured to a vlan3 
(192.168.22.0). This could explain why 2 terminal is not booting.

The client didnt reply, but I think that correct the problem.
