Include a file from dhcpd.conf in ISC DHCPD

3.0.1-2 is the latest stable package.
3.0.4-10 is available from the testing branch.

I would think that the testing branch is reasonably stable at the 
moment (it's being worked up at the moment to be the next release), 
at least for something like dhcp.
