multiple dhcp relay configuration

So it looks like the reply is reaching the relay but not being 
processed there. I can't help any more as I've never used the ISC 
relay.

Can you post the config file for the clients dhcpc, and the command 
line it's being invoked with ? Hopefully someone else can pick it up 
from here.
