XP clients sometimes ignore DHCPOFFERs

I can confirm that this works. I wonder if it would suffice *not* to set 
the broadcast address on Cisco routers? Our previous policy was to set it 
specifically to the actual braodcast address of a subnet ... I just checked 
Cisco's documentation:

Default address: 255.255.255.255 (all ones)

So apparently we've been doing it all wrong!
