You didn't fix /etc/dhclient.conf.   It's specifying arguments that only work 
on netbsd version 1.2 or earlier.   Delete every line from 
your /etc/dhclient.conf file for which you don't know *exactly* what it does, 
and try again.   You may need to read the man page as well.   It's fine if 
after deleting all the lines whose purpose you don't understand, you are left 
with an empty file.   It's not meant to be necessary to put anything 
in /etc/dhclient.conf.
