Observation:  Before the list changed, there was a header and footer in
the message *body* describing how to unsubscribe.  (The header started
'*** From dhcp-server -- To unsubscribe...'  Those are no longer present.

The 'List-unsubscribe' header (and several other 'List-' headers) were
present both before and after the change in the email message header
section.  But many mail clients hide the detailed headers by default.
(Not just Microsoft; Thunderbird, and Apple Mail do it too.)
