overriding dhcp renewal time for address 0.0.0.0

I get log message as "overriding dhcp renewal time for address 0.0.0.0" any clue why it is so?
   
  I have shared network where in I have defined different "option dhcp-renewal-time" for every pool so that renewal request is distributed and load on server is less. But I get to see the above error message on the DHCP server for every such pool configured with "dhcp-renewal-time".
   
  For every pool I have min and max time. The times are -
   
  min-time<dhcp-renewal-time<max-time
