bpf issue in installing dhcp-3.0.4b3 package

Hi
my kernel is also 2.4 kernel....its 2.4.20_mvl31-pc_target
actually I have given Montavista Linux over Red-hat 9 ...
Also I'm compiling from source only...coz I downloaded 
the source files from ISC's website.... 
the messages which I used get are

Can u plz tell me the package name (like dhcp-3.0.4b3.tar) which u have 
installed 
in both 2.4 & 2.6 ....
