It's *possible* in that almost everything is possible in software, but
I suspect it's not so easy to modify the current implementation to
realize it because queries are logged in a very early stage of query
processing. Besides, this feature may be controversial in the first
place because it's not an attribute of queries per se whether they hit
the cache.
