It's hard to tell which is misconfigured. The error means that the
client is trying to transfer the domain.com zone from your server, but
the server isn't authoritative for the zone. Is the server supposed to
be authoritative for this zone? If it is, then you need to investigate
why it isn't (there should be warning messages in the log when you load
the zone file). If it's not, you need to figure out why the client is
trying to transfer the zone from it.
