All I can say is to follow the instructions I gave at the end, which are:

The queryperf tool is one that ships in the contrib/ directory of
the latest betas & release candidates for BIND 9.2.0, and creating
the input test file would, of course, be specific to your particular
network and what zone(s) your test nameserver is authoritative for.
But my point here was that these systems were on the real
Internet, and from at least one location, it seems that the
BIND-based system performed much, much better. It would be
interesting to learn more about the hardware configurations of the
two machines in question, as well as what OS and other software they
are running, and retry the same tests against the same servers from a
variety of places on the 'net.
But I don't have enough accounts on different systems around the
world to do that. So, I can only test and post my results based on
what is available to me.
