dig NT and 9x

Thanks to Gerald, who pointed me to SamSpade.
It's a pretty nice windowed, multi-functioned app (although I have one
little quibble with its 'dig' -- it wants me to configure a default
nameserver -- I would like it to figure it out just like the other
clients, like 'ping' or 'telnet' or its own 'nslookup' do).
I really wanted a Win9x/NT CMD line 'dig' that was equivalent in
operation to the Unix versions.
I tried the "meiway" tools, but apparently they only run on NT;
I get an error:
LIBBIND.DLL file is linked to missing export
NETAPI32.DLL:NetApiBufferFree
I also have 'nslook' from Winmag.com, which works great, and I guess
I'll just continue to use it.
(I can hear Jim's chair spinning now :)

Can I get 'dig' that'll run on Win95, Win98, and NT
without getting the whole distribution?
