No, the sendmail lookups require either a valid MX record or a valid
A record, and rtds.com has a valid MX:
$ dig rtds.com mx

I would say that someone's ruleset is broken (and I know this
empirically because I receive mail from *@yahoo-inc.com to my home
address just fine, and "dig yahoo-inc.com a" will fail)
