9.18 BIND not resolving .gov.bd site

When encountering these sorts of errors, particularly if not a DNS 
expert, the easiest diagnostic to use is https://dnsviz.net

It's graphical, detailed and while oriented toward DNSSEC, detects many 
other misconfigurations.

Fix the errors and warnings shown at 
https://dnsviz.net/d/mofa.gov.bd/dnssec/ and retest.
