What is the equivalent of this dnsmasq configuration

I need to hijack certain domains and not its subdomains, so I use dnsmasq to achieve it:

```
[host-record=example.com](http://host-record=google.com),1.2.3.4
```

In bind I have to create a zone and copy everything there, is there a simple way for domains I have no authority for?
