IPv6 PTR records are simply reversed.
2001:db8::1
1.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.8.b.d.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa.
Create a zone file with your network like for IPv4.
You can there set your PTR records.
