Even if the information is out there, I believe there is an exposure
risk for ISPs if they do something that makes it /easy/ to correlate
customer / client resources.
An ISP's lawyer won't care if the customer advertises their own IP space
on their website as long as the ISP is not the one to expose such
information.
That being said -- I assume -- we are all adults here and we can make
our own informed decisions. :-)
