BIND9.18.4 won't compile on my Ubuntu 18.04

Hi Marco,

use this patch[1] on older Ubuntu or use Sphinx from pypi

1. https://salsa.debian.org/dns-team/bind9/-/blob/debian/9.18/debian/patches/0001-Disable-treat-warnings-as-errors-in-sphinx-build.patch

Ubuntu 18.04 has too old Sphinx included.
