Basic setup instructions

Hi Gene.
Please can you post a link to 'the website' you refer to?
Where have you got to so far? BIND requires one config file - named.conf -
which, at its simplest, doesn't need to contain much at all; the defaults
should pretty much just work. But let's start with what you have now and,
if possible, any error messages you see when trying to start it.
