thx, trying that now @ COPR

in the case that it does the trick, should that be dealt with in general in the .spec itself, perhaps detecting build env?  or preferably in the specific buildsys' env, set, e.g., by rpm macros ... ?

and, will that CI=true export likely still be the case for the upcoming per-transport separate tests,
