BIND 9.16.13 and Mac OS X 10.13.6 - problems with ./configure

Eddy, I fully agree with you. I wish I could do it.  Unfortunately I failed to install libuv from scratch and I took a shortcut by using homebrew (and now I am paying for it, as I should).
