will BIND support catalog zones version 2 - 
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-dnsop-dns-catalog-zones-00 ?
Knot DNS introduces them in version 3 - 
https://www.knot-dns.cz/docs/3.0/singlehtml/#catalog-zones
