DNS primary and secondary receiveing queries at the same time

If they don't get an answer from the first one they try, they will try the
next one, and then the next one, etc...

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad idea in
the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
