Observed random DNS update failures

Hello,

We are facing Random update failures issue with the BIND. Here are the full
details about the issue, request help in overcoming this problem

1. BIND version used is 9.11.1-P3
2. Single BIND named server is used for both DNS updates and query traffic
3. Hardware used is DL360 Gen9 hardware (Dual CPU, Hex Core - 64 GB RAM)
4. Updates are at the rate of 1250 to 1500 Transactions per second and
Queries are at the rate of 2500 - 3000 Transactions per second.

*Scenario: *Querying information of Domain "A" and "B", use the IP address
of the domain "B" to associate for domain "A"

*Issue: *During the above scenario testing, observed there rejection of DNS
update requests by named process.

Please let us know if any additional details needed to understand the issue
in better way. Looking forward for inputs. Thanks in advance.
