Biscay, Fitzroy, Sole: Northwesterly, backing westerly or southwesterly except
in southeast Fitzroy, 4 or 5, increasing 6 at times. High at first in west
Sole, otherwise rough or very rough. Showers, then rain in Sole and northwest
Fitzroy. Good, occasionally poor.
