There's a compile-time configure option, "--enable-querytrace", which 
might do what you want.  It will also hurt performance and eat your 
system resources.  You can try it, but it might not be worth it.

You might also want to look at dnstap.  NOTE: I have not tried 
either, so I don't know if they'll report what you want to see.
