bind 9.11 beta version

I try to build from source this beta version for a test purpose but I am stuck on this error below.

Configure options are here below .

./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var --mandir=/usr/share/man --enable-dnstap --enable-threads --with-libtool --disable-static --with-randomdev=/dev/urandom
