Can I run two name servers on one host with two IP addresses?

I have been a happy "customer" of puck.nether.net for many years. It
is run by Jared Mauch and has always performed well for me, no issues,
fast response if help is ever needed, etc.

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad
idea in the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair
of pants.
