Why the heck my NS are not working

Yes it is allowed. Rather when I dig @my dns lbtest.isnlab.in it gives me
proper answer but if I directly query from internet using google or any
other DNS server it just fails. So I conclude may be propogation might not
have fully happened for my domain isnlab.in
