Gi/Gn DNS for telecoms

Hello,

I would try to understand Gi/Gn DNS for telecom operator. I tried Google
for this but did not get any meaningful information.Please share a document
or reference URL to understand it.

Can we use bind DNS for Gi/Gn DNS?
