Problem resolving my google country domain from certain servers

What do:

dig www.google.com.cu +norec @ns.ceniai.net.cu

and

dig www.google.com.cu +norec @ns.citmatel.com.cu

show? From your +trace, it seems like there's something blocking you 
from communicating with those servers.
