Either:

  * Make the zone dynamic.

  * Make the service name a CNAME into another small dynamic (sub-)zone. 
This is what most DNS-based LB do e.g. www.example.com CNAME 
www.lb.example.com, then make "lb.example.com" a small, 
dynamically-updated zone.
