Reinstall after modifying

Crude but effective:

1. install the yum package
2. check the output from ``named -V`` to see how the packaged version was configured.
3. use the same directory-specific options that you see in step 2 when you run ``./configure`` in your copy of the source
4. ``make install`` (as root) right over the top of the installed yum package
