No subject

mydomain.com) the response comes back empty.

If I restart the named process, then do the same dig, it comes back with
proper information. I have seen this on multiple instances of Fedora 4.
I am not using upstream name servers (forwarders) to resolve.

Does anybody have any hints as to what it could be?
