named failing?

	before y'all toast me on this, note that I am going to check the 
archives (as I think I've seen this before) but here goes.  8.2.2-p5 
fails on Sparc/Linux like so:

Jan 19 10:53:36 dot named[21267]: approved AXFR from [128.9.128.127].4352 for "4.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.int"
Jan 19 10:53:36 dot named[21267]: zone transfer (AXFR) of "4.0.1.0.0.2.IP6.INT" (IN) to [128.9.128.127].4352
Jan 19 10:53:46 dot named[21267]: ns_update.c:1364: REQUIRE(!EMPTY(*updlist)) failed.
Jan 19 10:53:46 dot named[21267]: ns_update.c:1364: REQUIRE(!EMPTY(*updlist)) failed.

	does some one want to save me some time on looking this up?
