mail from that location, please do the following:

	nslookup -type=mx whatevertheheckyourdomainnameis.ca
		OR
	dig mx whatevertheheckyourdomainnameis.ca

	traceroute [the MX host or hosts thereby produced]

	telnet [the MX host or hosts thereby produced] smtp
		quit

Whatever differences you find among the above may suggest your next
course of action.
