bind 9.8.3 cross compile to :mips64-octeon-linux-gnu

I need to compile bind for this architecture: mips64-octeon-linux-gnu.
I need to libdns.a and libisc.a libraries for the isc DHCP 4.2.4 client.

Can anyone guide me how to make it happen?
