about the file command

BIND doesn't require you to use any views "by default".

The way views work one of them IS a "default" so order of views is important. You would use the "default" as your "catch all".

For views catchall.

for example, named.conf has three views enabled by default, some users
have three veiws setup, but some have only two views setup, so I want
the catchall solution for the the lack of a view.

Any suggestion?

Regards,
Terry.
