IPv6 prefix length error

Assuming a Linux BIND host, in /etc/network/interfaces something like the following might work for your IPv6 configuration:

iface eth0 inet6 static
	address 2001:1930:e03::e
	netmask 64
	gateway 2001:1930:e03::xxxx

where you would substitute for xxxx the interface identifier of your router on IPv6 subnet 0.

These are not bind errors, but errors in how you configured IPv6 in the 
host OS.  You have not specified the prefix length(compares to /24 for 
IPv4 cidr notation) in your network configuration for your IPv6 addresses.
